I know there are so many AR platforms out there so a positive review don’t carry much weight on the subject….. with that being said the fit and finish on this rifle is second to none. I love the mag release is shielded a bit and what a great trigger. This 8.6 blackout is gonna be the ultimate brush gun for Alaska and we have some scary critters in the brush! Great Job Nathen

I purchased the Mitchell Defense Pipe Hitter chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor, with the upgraded Proof Research barrel, and the rifle has exceeded every expectation. The build quality is outstanding, and everything about the rifle feels solid, precise, and purpose-built.
Accuracy is where this rifle truly shines. With quality match ammo, this is a half-MOA rifle or better when I do my part. The consistency shot to shot is impressive, and the rifle handles recoil and balance exceptionally well.
After more than 20 years of shooting, I can confidently say this is one of the finest rifles I’ve owned and shot. You simply cannot go wrong choosing this rifle. Keep up the great work, Mitchell Defense.
